Description
The Badam nut is the little brother of the Buddha nut. While the Buddha nut is 8-12 centimeters, the Badam nut remains somewhat smaller with a length of 5-8 centimeters. Due to the thick, wooden skin, this Badam nut contains many beneficial substances, including tannins, trace elements and natural vitamins.
The tannins inside the nut are slowly released into the water. These tannins have many different benefits:
- Slightly increases the acidity of the water
- Inhibitory effect on bacteria and diseases
- Color the water slightly brown
