Description
The Sulawesi Triangle rabbit snail (Tylomelania sinabartfeldi) is originally, as the name suggests, native to the island of Sulawesi. The snail lives in the Larona river. Tylomelania sinabartfeldi are very easy to feed. The animals eat powdered food for young fish, food tablets or ground flake food for ornamental fish. Boiled lettuce, carrots or rotting leaves from beech, oak and cherry trees are also popular.
Sulawesi triangle snails (Tylomelania sinabartfeldi) are viviparous. The snails can easily be bred in the aquarium.
